SW Dev Tools

I've been reading Joel on Software for some time now. The software that Joel has developed (FogBugz) has recently gone to v6. Part of the sales promo is a world tour, part of which was in Texas. A visitor filmed it (wrong term, right idea) and this has produced a 70 minute flash screen cast. Gives a good overview of the product and I found it intriguing. He's clearly been there and done that. Equally he's been on the dev side and the manager side. I can recommend watching it if you're in the development cycle, either side. Here it is. I'm guessing it shows OK on Windows. Note the estimating smarts? The bug tracking? Even the definition of a bug! Neat. A wiki in a software development tool? Even recognises words to provide linked items. Even makes sense for new developments / developers. I'll believe your estimations when you've proven that they're good. Looks like they've even accounting for interrupts by the boss!
