Yep. I'm not going to bother with non-namespaced crap.

Nope. When the file was named xxx.xml, the SVG showed quite happily. Rename it (no change to mime-type) and the SVG no longer shows!

meter. Odd. Content of meter element. Seems nothing shows up other than text content. Useless or just semantic markup of ... something

Wow. I'm impressed. Just opened this file in Firefox, and it shows pretty much as I expected! Even this new stuff.
